SPONSOR

The Abundance Bundle Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Encephalon, Inc. ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins when the applicable Instagram post is published and ends on the date and time stated in the post ("Giveaway Period").

HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by submitting a comment on the designated Instagram giveaway post.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
• No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
  
  

PRIZES

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Abundance Bundle digital course package.

• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $384.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via direct message through Instagram from Sponsor's official account.

If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
